About Brenda Eastwood, RNCP

Brenda EastwoodBrenda is a woman on a mission. Over the last 34 years she has changed the lives of thousands of women through 17 years in private practice, hundreds of seminars and workshops, regular radio and television interviews, a CD series, newsletters, tele-classes, and her unique on-line coaching program called the Inner Circle.

Today she is able to reach out to even more women through her regular article contributions to HANS (Health Action Magazine) magazine and her book “Get off the PMS and Perimenopausal Roller Coaster, Learn 9 Natural Fast Track Solutions to Balanced Hormones”.

Having overcome her own health challenges from depression to premature menopause at the early age of 32, Brenda has a deep sensitivity to women’s health concerns and understands the challenges that women face today. Her specialties include PMS, Perimenopause and Menopause, drug-free approach to depression, adrenal fatigue, Candida, and more. Both Megan and Brenda have successfully coached women in all areas of health from osteoporosis to lowering cholesterol, blood pressure and eliminating body pain.

Brenda is dedicated, committed and passionate about helping women feel fabulous. However, she is not your typical nutritionist. Brenda is a realist who believes in minimal input for maximum results. She takes all the guesswork out of “how to achieve optimal health” by teaching step-by-step strategies that are affordable, easy to incorporate and have a proven track record of producing outstanding and long-lasting results.

Not only does Brenda make sense, her techniques actually work!!

She is also a knowledgeable, high-energy speaker who inspires and motivates her audiences with dynamic presentations that are peppered with insight and humor.

In between coaching clients, seminar road tours, researching and all her many writing projects, Brenda is enjoying the sights and sounds of travelling the world with her husband and business partner, Adrian. They have experienced everything from the beauty of Thailand to the romance of Europe and most recently the mystery of India. Brenda likes the “free vitamin D” and so when the weather at home (Victoria, BC) gets cold and wet, you’ll often find Brenda in one of her favourite Mexico destinations, off the beaten track of course. Most of all, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and will tell anyone who asks that her wilderness camping trips and exuberant hikes are the highlight of her “down time”.

About Megan Bocsik, RNCP

MeganStarting in 2005, Megan spent several years training with Brenda via the Inner Circle while overcoming her own personal health issues including adrenal fatigue and severe hormonal imbalances. She devoted the next couple of years to working precisely under Brenda’s supervision and mentorship as she began to work directly with clients in the office. During this time she pursued her formal studies in Holistic Health and Nutrition to become a Certified Nutritional Consultant through the Alive Academy. Megan has since completed this 5 year program and has received her designation as an RNCP (Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner).

As nutritional partners, Megan and Brenda work synergistically together. It doesn’t matter who answers your questions, they both follow the same protocols. If there is a tough problem, they collaborate as two heads are always better than one.

Megan brings new light to certain issues by sharing the latest research that she has learned through her certification program and continuing studies. Together they have strength in all health-related subjects. Some of Megan’s areas of nutritional expertise are adrenal fatigue, low blood sugar, alternatives to traditional foods, food sensitivities, children’s health, pregnancy, exercise, and more.

You are always in good hands with Megan as she exceeds Brenda’s standards for service and support.

Megan spends a great deal of time in the kitchen, experimenting and trying new recipes, preparing homemade meals for her two teenage children and keeping her freezer stocked with healthy choices for busy days and drop in dinner guests. Between the kids’ activities and teaching her Jazzercise classes, she certainly keeps active. Megan is trying her hand at gardening in an attempt to keep up with her family’s demand for fresh veggies (she says any advice is welcome!). When she’s not cooking up a storm, or furthering her studies, she enjoys spending her downtime outdoors as close to the ocean as possible.
